If you’re tired of starting over, STOP giving up

It can be really frustrating to be in a position where you give up on your weight loss goals before you even see the results. Because this means you need to start over from scratch.

 

As we head into the festive season, there might be some obstacles you may face. This can be going away for the holidays or being around holiday treats all the time. This is where your mental strength really comes into play.

Instead of just giving up on exercise every day, make sure you spend at least 45 minutes a day on your exercise routine – it can be taking a walk with the family, a swim or even a great body weight session. It’s super important to keep your momentum going by spending some time on YOU.

When it comes to snacking and delicious festive meals – remember your goals and make sure that if you do indulge, to do so responsibly and that you drink enough water throughout the day. Remember: it’s really important to stick to your healthy eating habits the rest of the time.
