Here’s an awesomely delicious recipe that is packed with protein and will help you stay on the healthy eating path!

 1 cup Roasted chicken, chopped
 ½ Red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
 ½ Green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
 1 Large avocado, pitted and halved lengthwise
 1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
 1 Sprinkle of sweet paprika
 1 Sprinkle of sea salt
 1 Sprinkle of black pepper

In a medium bowl combine the chicken, bell peppers and BBQ sauce. Mix until fully combined.

Divide the chicken mixture between the two avocado halves and sprinkle with cilantro, sweet paprika, sea salt and black pepper.
