#1. Avoid extreme diets, and try a more sustainable plan.
Instead of trying to crash diet the food you eat, try to stick to a long-term sustainable plan. Plans structured sustainably, usually consist of adding lean proteins, focusing on green vegetables, and reducing your sugar intake.
#2. Try to eat 3 meals a day with healthy snacks in between
The best way to create healthy eating habits and reduce your desire to binge eat, is to ensure you eat 3 healthy meals per day. Then add to healthy snacks (i.e. protein shake or an apple) .
#3. Drink at least 2L of water a day
Water is one of the best ways to keep you filled without needing to reach for snacks or other treats throughout the day. It’s also very common to mistake thirst for hunger, especially when you are just starting on a fitness journey.
#4. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day
By exercising at least 30 minutes per day, you can reduce your stress levels which could lead to stress-related binge eating.
